Welcome to The Queen of Hearts Gymnastics Invitational!   This meet is one of the booster's annual fundraisers.  The proceeds are used to offset the costs associated with the XHG gymnasts’ competitive season.

2025 MEET INFORMATION:
  1. Competing Levels:   Levels 2-10, all Xcel Divisions
  2. Competition Format:  Modified Capitol Cup

  4. Early Bird Registration Fee:  $125/Gymnast (Before Nov. 30, 2024)
  5. Regular Registration:  $135/Gymnast (Dec 1 - Jan 3, 2025)
  6. Team Fee:  $50/Team  
  7. Payment and Registration Deadline:  1/3/2025
  8. Scratch with Full Refund date: 12/31/24
  9. Scratch/Refund minus leo cost ($20)/Level Changes Date:  1/26/2025 - No Refunds after this date.
  10. Late Registrations:  $10/Athlete

  15. Awards given to 50% teams after each session.

Equipment: Vault:  AAI Vault table, Tac/10; Run Way: 82', Landing mats: 12 cm, AAI Tac-10 Vault Spring Board, AAI Stratum Vault Spring Board, GMR Air-O-Board are available.  Bars:  AAI Elite Uneven Bars w/ Graphite E-rails,  Base Mats: 12 cm, AAI Evo Silver Spring Board, UCS Foam Mount Boards, Beam:  AAI Elite Balance Beam; Base mats: 12 cm., UCS Foam Mount Board, AAI Stratum Spring Board, Floor:  Dual Layer Baltic Birch Spring Floor 40’X40’ w/ Custom Slope Boarder System                                                 * 8" mats, 4" mats, and Sting mats available at every event
  17. Spectator admission:  Daily Rate: $15 (ages 13+),  $10 children (5-12), Children under 5-FREE, Weekend Rate: $25 (ages 13+) - $15 (Ages 5-12)

  19. Each gymnast will receive a GK tank LEO!

Vault:  AAI Vault table, Tac/10; Base Mats: 20 Centimeters, Run Way: 82' / Thickness - 1 3/8", Resilite Level 3 vaulting system

Bars:  AAI Competition Bars    AAI “soft blue Rails” will be used.   Base Mats: 12 Centimeters. 

Beam:  AAI Competition Beam; Base mats: 12 Centimeters

Floor:  AAI Spring floor

* 8" mats, 4" mats, and Sting mats available at every event
* Multiple Spring Boards available:
   -  AAI Tac/10 LZT Stratum Vault Board
   -   AAI Stratum Vault Board (Grey Carpet)
