Welcome to The Queen of Hearts Gymnastics Invitational!   This meet is one of the booster's annual fundraisers.  The proceeds are used to offset the costs associated with the XHG gymnasts’ competitive season.

  1. Competing Levels:   Levels 2-10, all Xcel Divisions
  2. Competition Format:  Modified Traditional

  4. Early Bird Registration Fee:  $115/Gymnast (Before Dec 1, 2023)
  5. Regular Registration:  $130/Gymnast (Dec 1 - Jan 2, 2024)
  6. Team Fee:  $50/Team  
  7. Payment and Registration Deadline:  1/2/2024
  8. Scratch/Refund/Level Changes Date:  2/10/2024 - No Refunds after this date.
  9. Late Registrations:  $10/Athlete

  2. Print and mail your completed MRS entry form along with payment to  Xtreme Heights Gym Booster Club, 12830 West Creek Parkway, Ste A, Richmond, VA  23238.
  3. Checks should be made payable to XTREME HEIGHTS GYMNASTICS BOOSTER CLUB, or XHGBC.​
  4. Venmo payments are also accepted.  @XtremeHeightsGymBooster.   Include your club name in notes.​​
